The Main Floor:

The Georgia Neese Gray Performance Hall is a dazzling location for assembling a large group of people for a performance, meeting or ceremony. This historic hall seats 2,400 people, with 1,200 located on the main floor. For smaller events, a curtain can be lowered to reduce the size of the auditorium to 600 seats. The stage is fully equipped to accommodate your sound, lighting and scenic needs. Offering a unique setting for your event, the stage can be configured to create a sit down banquet for 300 people.

The Grand Foyer Lobby not only serves as the main entrance for the building but is also a unique location for a reception for 150 or a dinner party for 80. The Art Deco design is unlike any other facility in the area and together with the theater’s Grand Staircase offers a sumptuous setting for that very special event.

The Fleming Room is a 1,260 square-foot room suitable for a casual luncheon, pre-function reception or executive lounge. Typically set in cabaret style, this room will accommodate 40 people or as many as 80 for a reception.

The Anton and Sheffel Rooms are 600 square-foot rooms used most often for small pre-function receptions, sit down dinners for 24 or a meeting room for up to 50.

The Second Level:

Hills Festival Hall is a 6,500 square-foot carpeted hall that is popular for hosting banquets, wedding receptions, school dances, performances, business meetings and trade shows. The room will accommodate 350 to 400 people in a banquet setting, 120 in a classroom setting and 250 in a theater style setting.

The Hussey Playhouse is a dramatic performance space that adapts well to banquet and meeting needs. This 2,000 square-foot room will seat 80 for a sit down dinner or as many as 120 in a performance or presentation mode. This black room with burgundy accents is equipped with a full stage lighting system.

The Nunemaker Dance Studio is a 1,975 square-foot performance rehearsal space equipped with a dance floor and mirrored walls. The room will accommodate 80 people for a banquet or up to 120 for a meeting.

The Petro Room, also know as the Green Room, is a 800 square-foot room often used for meetings, event offices and classes. Traditionally, this room is used by actors, actresses, and artists to gather before and after a show.
