What do I do if there is an Emergency?

Medical – Find the nearest house manager or volunteer, tell them what and where the emergency is located. Provide the TPAC staff with as much information about the person as possible, including name, age, medical conditions and emergency contacts.

Fire – Calmly follow the instructions of the TPAC staff. Please exit the building as quickly and calmly as possible and meet up with your party across the street from the venue. This is the closet proximity that you should be in the case of a fire emergency.

Severe Weather - Calmly follow the instructions of the TPAC staff. Please utilize the stairs to proceed to Hill's Festival Hall on the lower level. If you or a member of your party are unable to do stairs please find the volunteers that will take you to the catacombs located between the main level restrooms.

When TPAC first opened this was the case for all shows, in recent years food and drinks have been allowed into the theater. Please watch for signs at specific performances that prohibit certain items sold at TPAC Concession stands in the theater per the request of the renter.
