Grape Escape is Topeka's premier wine and food festival with silent and live auctions to benefit the Topeka Performing Arts Center.
Again this year, there will be lots of swirling, sniffing and sipping going on at the 16th Annual Grape Escape 2013, A Toast to the Arts on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 6:30PM

About the Event
Grape Escape is TPAC’s primary fundraising event. It as well as corporate season sponsorships and the Friends of TPAC program provide the financial support needed to bring great acts to Topeka and provide educational programs to the community.
Last year was a great success with over 450 people in attendance and over $100,000 raised!
Guests will have the opportunity to sample over 160 wines from some of the world’s leading vintners and taste gourmet hors d’oeuvres and food samplings from premier restaurants and caterers. Guests will also have the opportunity to shop and bid for an outstanding array of silent auction items and conclude the evening with a live auction featuring an array of fabulous and unique items.

Live and Silent Auction Items
Throughout the event guests will find a number of items to bid on during the Silent Auction. Items range from KU & K-State Sports Memorabilia to Spa Packages and world-class wines. These items are donated by local businesses and restaurants. Guests can bid on the silent auction items until midway through the evening. Items must be picked up and paid for the night of the event.
Toward the end of the evening TPAC will hold it's annual Live Auction. This spectacular event includes items such as VIP Dinners, fine wines and trips across North America. Items must be picked up and paid for the night of the event.
In order to bid on live or silent auction items guests must obtain a bid number. These will be assigned to you through the TPAC Box Office when you purchase your Grape Escape tickets. A Credit Card number must be submitted in order to obtain a bid number. Although this does not have to be the method of payment, it is still required.

Basic Admission - $60 per person if purchased before July 19th
Includes all activities, commemorative wine glass, gourmet food and dessert tasting, entertainment, bidding number for auction registration. *$70 per person after July 19, 2013.
Premium Admission - $85 per person if purchased before July 19th
Includes basic admission plus five wine tastings in our exclusive Premium Cellar.
*$95 per person after July 19, 2013.
